Google To Lease Chrome Laptops for $20/Month

Google will start to lease Chrome laptops for $20 per month in a “student package” that powers both hardware and as well access to online services, Forbes (a senior Google executive) has reportedly told.
The report aligns with earlier rumors that Google would commence offering Chrome OS-based notebooks for between $10 and $20 per month this summer. The official announcement is projected to strike the wire sometime Wednesday.
The executive of Google said that Small and Medium-Sized businesses are banging to get something like this; they think that the “student package” plan could be an approach for Google to check the waiters by releasing a comparable offering for the enterprise.
Google has already offered business users access to its online suite of productivity apps, which contains a word processor, spreadsheet application and calendar, for $50 per year. Perchance the tech giant will pack the hardware and software offerings for endeavor users in the near future.
More details about hardware or contracts that maybe linked with the lease are not available at this time.
